Rescheduling Games

It is highly encouraged to play games as scheduled. The field scheduler or referee makes the final call to call off the game if bad weather. If you do not have enough players, do your best to pull someone from an equal level or younger to substitute. Girls can substitute for boy teams, but not boys for girl teams. (Note: player cards are needed for guest players).

If a game has to be rescheduled because of not having enough players to field a team or an actual storm please remember to contact the following:

  1. Contact opposing coach to get tentative date & time ASAP (See CWSL website)
  2. Contact Field scheduler for availability (email Kelly Cassidy, Parks and Rec dept)
  3. Contact Referee assignor to assign refs (email or call (715-676-3278) Randy Sherman)
  4. Complete form and email (Complete form and email Karen Stashek, Chris Yustus & Josh Dick). staf@wctc.net;yustus@charter.net;joshdick75@gmail.com

The Treasurer will forward game change to League Scheduler and Local Referee Assignor to make changes to CWSL Demosphere and Game Officials to ensure all programs are updated.

When updating in Demosphere a notification will be auto-sent to coaches listed on the roster of this game change.

If email links do not work for you and you use Gmail: Open Gmail > in the address bar where the URL is displayed look for an overlapping-double-diamond icon next to the star icon > click on it and enable the Gmail handler.

To request to reschedule a game:

Send an email to the CWSL President (Chris Yustus: yustus@charter.net) and Treasurer (Karen Stashek: staf@wctc.net) giving a detailed explanation as to why you are requesting to reschedule the game. If approved the form must be completed and sent within 2 weeks and continue following the 4 steps above. If not approved, play as originally scheduled.

Games cannot be forfeited but must be rescheduled or the club is fined $150 for a missed game
