MYSA REGISTRATION PERIODS

The MYSA soccer season runs from August 1 - July 31 of every calendar year, with both a Fall and Spring season. The Fall season consists of tournaments only. The Spring season consists of both Central Wisconsin Soccer League (CWSL) games and tournaments.

An installment payment option allows you to break up the payments over three dates.

The Spring is open to Boys & Girls U9-U18. Registration is from December 1st - January 31st. Registration covers CWSL play (generally 10 league games) and 2-3 WYSA sanctioned tournaments between March and July (We are looking to do the same tournaments as this past spring). This league involves 3-5 home games and traveling an average of 1-hour from Marshfield for 3-5 away games. Transportation arranged by parent/guardian. League games will start mid to late May for U9-U12 and early to mid-June for U13-U18

U9-U12: $175 Introduction to competitive soccer designed for players who want to play at a higher level of soccer while learning the game of soccer and improving on individual and team play.   

U13-U18: $225 Players who are dedicated to improving skills and want to compete at a higher level. f you need a uniform that will be an additional cost of $90 

Below is the list of the tournaments that the Competitive teams in the club will be attending this year.  Coaches and team managers will disseminate more information as the season gets underway. 

June 7-9  Eau Claire United Invitational, Eau Claire

June 21-23  Summer Shootout, Appleton

Registration - Annually from December 1st - March 31st

This league is for children U6-U10 years old.  Please refer to the age chart on the top of this page to determine which age group your player is in.  The child needs to be born in the years. This is a local, recreational league with all games played in Marshfield. All participants receive a free T-shirt. This league is designed for players new to soccer or those who want to work on the fundamentals of soccer before trying more competitive soccer. 

The purpose of the Academy Soccer League is to teach the fundamentals of soccer. Sportsmanship and safety are more important than which team wins or loses. Soccer is a fun game and all children get to participate, regardless of skill or experience!

Practices will be set up by coaches. Depending on the age group, practices will be either 20 minutes before game time or on Tuesday nights. All games will be on Sunday evenings in May & June at Griese Park. Everyone on the team gets to play.

Shin guards and soccer socks are required for all participants. Loose-fitting pants or shorts should be worn, along with rubber-soled athletic shoes or soccer cleats. Each participant will be given a team shirt that he/she may keep. 

Teams will be assigned by early May to allow a practice session prior to the first game. Players will be contacted by their coach. Academy League registration closes March 1st for the Spring season. Registration is $55  which covers registration, field fees, and the referees.

MYSA Fall registration is available each year generally between June and July.

The Fall registration covers 3 fall tournaments. It does not include CWSL league play.   The Fall is open to the following age groups:  Boys U9-U14 and Girls U9-U18.

Players and teams may also opt to play in non-sanctioned indoor winter tournaments. Winter practices and attendance at these tournaments are at the discretion of coaches and parents.
